I have a BA in Psychology from Oberlin College, and a MS from Columbia University. I have been a couples and individual counselor for over thirty years. Using humor, practical advice and intuitive thinking, I work with you to help you get unstuck and move forward . I combine an integrative approach with mindfulness, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Gottman method and EFT. Self help reading and homework keep you engaged and working towards your goals. I am very happily married and father of four. I love music, theatre, cooking, baking, running and actively practice meditation and yoga.
