We accept Modern Health and Spring Health plans through your employer. 

Our fees range from $150 -$225 per consultation.          
Please ask us how out-of-network insurance may provide reimbursement for your visits.  

We accept all major credit cards, health savings accounts, Venmo and Paypal.
